Filmmakers are to create a short film about an art form and/or artist(s), up to 10 minutes in length.

Copyrighted content in your film will not be allowed without written consent.
The Entry Form (see below) must be filled out completely, signed, and submitted along with entry fee.
Entries must be no longer than 10 minutes and be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org in either H.264 or Mpeg4 formats by October 8th, 2018. DO NOT SUBMIT FILMS ON TRAVEL DRIVES. THE IFCKC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PROPERTY. Please see list of required materials below for additional requirements.
Films will be entered for award consideration and public presentation during the IFCKC 2018 Every Picture Tells A Story Film Festival in mid October.
There will be awards for the top three films, as determined by impartial judges as well as an Audience Choice Award. The judges, at their discretion, may award separate honors.
Each paid entrant will be given two free admissions to the screening to distribute at will. Other team members will be charged admission to attend the screening.
Jackass Clause – Films which expose persons or property to undue risk of injury or damage will not be accepted. Any screening will be halted and will automatically be disqualified from judging.
