Every Picture Tells A Story

In this event, filmmakers select a performing artist or a visual artist whose original works are the subject of a short film, which can be a narrative or a documentary.

Deadline for registration and submission is May 5th, 2017. Entries must be submitted in either H.264 or Mpeg4 formats, and can be delivered as either a data file on transferable media, or in the form of a download link sent to [email protected]

The entry fee for all film submissions is twenty dollars ($20.00) per film, or fifteen dollars ($15.00) per film if entrant is 
a current IFCKC Member. Complete an entry form and include the required materials for every film submitted. 
Entry fee(s) are non-refundable. Make Check or Money Order payable to the Independent Filmmakers Coalition, or pay via PayPal at www.ifckc.com/eptas and click on the PayPal link.

Doors at 6:30 P.M. Screening at 7:30 P.M.

Admission is $7 for members; $10 for non-members.
